Established in August 2006 as a 5 table noodles/pasta restaurant along the Mac Arthur Highway, Cayanga, San Fabian, Pangasinan. It was originally named "Chowquick Noodle Haus" but ran in conflict with another restaurant who has the similar name so it was re-named to "Matthew's Noodle House".

We started small and modest, But we maintained a strict and high standard of food handling to ensure a constant taste throughout our operation. The strategy paid off after eleven yeas of continuous training and research in the food industry.

 

Credits also goes to our suppliers whom we personally handpicked because they are the leaders of the industry. Companies such as Unilever Phils., Nestle Phils., Union Aji-Nomoto, Del Monte Products Phils., Pepsi cola, Mama sitas, Shoyu Food Corperation, CDO meat products, Claro Ole, and Maggi Phils. Without these food conglomerates, we wouldn't be at par with the Pangasinan's best or elsewhere in terms of taste and flavor
